Girl Scout Cupcakes

Here are some cupcakes I made for a Daisy Girl Scout Troop..  Rainbow cake with buttercream frosting and the daisy logo flower on top...  Thanks for looking!

Love is in the air!!

Wow!!!  That's what I have to say about February, Wow!!!  What a busy month and it's not over yet!  I decided to run a Valentines Day Special and just see what happened!   I was so excited when I received my first order and then more started coming in...  

I have been playing around with Bakerella's cake balls (I like to call them cake truffles) and so I decided to run a Valentins Day special for "Cake Truffles" and "V-day cupcakes".  I ended up making over 130 cake truffles, 6 dozen cupcakes and over 5 dozen sugar cookies...  On top of my Valentines orders I  had an order of "Monster Eyeballs" for my friend Tifany..  They were for her little boy's birthday..  I also had an order for 2 dozen cupcakes with the Girl Scout Daisy on the top..
